What do our German (and English, and French, and Dutch) friends do for a party?

The Bulldog Bash is back on in the UK for 2014, but what other events are happening that'd be of interest to WWB readers?

Is this a departure away from the corporate style that took over in the UK?
A return to grass roots I feel has been necessary for bikes and bike mags and based on our rules and ideals, not corporate droids. :firing:

Hi Lepord, not sure what you mean by the 'corporate style that took over in the UK', and whether you're referring to general bike shows or streetfighter ones specifically. The biggest problem in the UK is venue cost, and the amount of red tape that has to be dealt with, plus the generally conservative British approach by show organisers and venue owners.
However, there are a few events that don't comply to the norm, and offer a more 'grass roots' approach. The Bulldog Bash has already been mentioned, plus there's the Kickback Show (in which WWB is sponsoring the Streetfighter section of the custom show), and several one day events such as Streetfighter Sunday...
